Remove suction cup from adapter and place it on a clean, non-porous bathroom wall or tile with the lever in the "up" position. Firmly press in the middle to create an airtight vacuum seal then "down" on the lever to lock mount on the wall. (If you desire, use the adapter by simply removing the tape from the adhesive strip and press to wall, then slide suction cup into it.)
Open bottle at bottom to reveal the non-drip silicone membrane and snap back. Hang bottle on the hook.
